Zanolli Citizen 9G Single Deck Gas Pizza Oven
The Citizen 9G is the gas version of the medium size pizza oven in Zanolli’s prestige deck oven range. It accommodates 9 x 13” pizzas per deck.
These prestige ovens are built entirely from stainless steel.
The oven has a full length athermic door handle and a spring loaded door for soft opening and closing. It also has a large viewing window and internal light.
A Heavy duty stand, prover cabinet and hood with draft chimney are all available extras for this oven. Details are available on request.
This gas model comes with a full refractory stone floor and ceiling as standard.
Built to a very high quality and designed to fit 9 x 12” pizzas (9 x 13” without pans).
This oven deck is modular so that two decks can be stacked if required.
