1/3 GN compatible, you can keep generous portions of salad, dessert or cooked meats close to hand – perfect for prep stations. Once service is over, the handy hinged lid allows the unit to be discreetly packed away. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
If required, the Thermowell can be mounted on a wall to optimise the efficiency of your prep area.
The lid has a useful locking mechanism which keeps it open – there’s no need to lean the lid against other objects. Alternatively, the lid can be completely removed if required.
