For safety, the fryer includes a limiter which helps to prevent oil overheating. In addition, the special design of the tank features a large cold zone, preventing food particles from scorching and contaminating the oil – perfect for maximising oil lifespan and reducing running costs.
Cleaning is simplified with the Buffalo fryer too, with its large stainless steel tank and built-in drain, it’s simple to remove the oil from the tank for a thorough clean.
