Inside, the powerful 7.1kW oven burner delivers a fast heat-up and consistent temperatures, whilst ignition is via a simple push-button piezo – no need to reach right to the back with a taper here. Removable pan supports, lockable castors and stainless steel construction all make the oven range easy to maintain and clean, making the Buffalo a fantastic time-saving option for the pro kitchen.
Please note: configured for a natural gas connection by default – can be converted for propane gas by qualified engineer (conversion kit included).
