It’s a double-door cabinet built entirely from high-grade stainless steel, inside and out, so it’s tough enough for a busy kitchen and dead easy to wipe down at the end of a shift. It’s designed with the chef in mind: the interior takes standard GN 2/1 pans/shelves, meaning you can slide trays straight from the fridge into the oven or combi. The doors are self-closing (a lifesaver during service) but have a “stay open” feature for when you’re loading in a big delivery. Because it runs between -2°C and +8°C, it’s fully compliant for storing fresh meat as well as general dairy and veg.
