Zanolli Citizen 9+9 Double Deck Electric Pizza Oven
The Citizen 9+9 is the double deck version of the largest size pizza oven in Zanolli’s prestige deck oven range. It accommodates 18 x 13” pizzas per deck.
These prestige ovens are built entirely from stainless steel. Armour plated elements are located near to the doors to compensate for heat loss and ensure even heat distribution.
The oven has full length door handles, viewing windows and internal lights. Each deck has its own top and bottom heat control thermostats.
Heavy duty stands and prover cabinets are available with this oven. Details are available on request.
As well as the full refractory stone floor as standard, there is an option to add refractory walls and ceiling too.
Built to a very high quality and designed to fit 18 x 12” pizzas (18 x 13” without pans).
This is a double deck oven, but a single deck version is available. Also, other sizes and fuel types are available in the Zanolli deck oven range.
