Despite its size, the Blue Seal has an impressive internal capacity – you can fit up to four full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm pans inside, making it perfect for demanding professional kitchens. Not only does this reduce running costs, but makes the oven much easier to install and position where its needed most – there’s no specialist installation required.
