With its impressive 5.6kW of heating power and dual halogen lamps, this convection oven is ideal for busy commercial kitchens. Designed to deliver consistent and efficient cooking results, the twin bi-directional fans ensure an even heat throughout the oven.
In addition to providing efficient performance, this Turbofan convection oven has been designed with the user in mind. It’s simple to operate with a mechanical thermostat and a manual 60m timer with ‘time up’ alarm, while the easy-clean design makes maintenance simple. The compact size saves precious kitchen space, while the silver and black finish gives the unit a professional and stylish appearance.
The Blue Seal Turbofan convection E28M oven comes with 4 oven wire racks supplied. For safe operation, it also features a safe-touch vented door with heavy-duty hinges and a stay-cool handle. The unit’s anti-skid feet are also designed to prevent accidental and unwanted movement.
