This is the most compact member of Zanolli’s prestige deck oven range making it a popular choice with restaurants.

This high quality pizza oven is fully built in stainless steel.

The oven has an authentic refractory stone baking floor, perfectly suited to baking directly on the sole or in pans.

Each deck has its own top and bottom heat control thermostats, full length door handles and spring loaded doors for soft opening and closing.

Built to a very high quality and designed to fit 8 x 13” pizzas (8 x 12” with pans).

This is a double deck oven, but a single deck version is available. Also, other sizes and fuel types are available in the Zanolli deck oven range. Please see list below.
