Dale

Director

Leaving school at the age of 16 Dale swiftly started his first business and has continued to run businesses since. Dale knew that he always wanted to work for himself, he has a strong passion for business.

Travel has always been an interest of Dales. He recently had the opportunity to visit numerous countries across Europe to network with factories and supplies. When in the UK he loves spending time with his fiancée, traveling the country in their motorhome.

H2 Products, was started in 2010 by Dale and his brother Zak who between the two of them have taken the business from strength to strength, both still enjoy running the business and are very much hands-on with company operations.

Favourite international cuisine: Indian.

Zak

Director

After leaving school at 16 Zak went to a local catering college where he discovered his love for all things food. Upon leaving college he was fortunate to obtain a placement working in Switzerland and later in France within some of the most prestigious restaurants.

After two years of working overseas, Zak returned to the UK working in London as a head chef in a very well-known restaurant. Zak then met his lovely wife and went on to have 4 children. As a family in their spare time, they enjoy holidays in their touring caravan with their Favourite destination being West Bay in Dorset on the world-famous Jurassic Coast.

Favourite international cuisine: Mediterranean.

Natalie

Operations Manager

After leaving school Natalie had various jobs across Europe. Her career started in sales and she quickly become an established sales manager within the hospitality sector.

Living in Ireland for a number of years Natalie returned to England where she met her now-husband Mark. In 2017 Natalie joined H2 Products as their sales manager and now looks after all company operations, a challenging role to say the least but one she very much enjoys.

In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and her beloved cats.

Favourite international cuisine: Mexican

Jon

Sales Manager

Jon joined the sales team and has progressed through to Sales Manager. He lives with his partner, Milly, and his beloved dog, which he walks every day.

Jon's background is in hospitality and warehouse, which has enabled him to learn the art of sales, and he has a good management style. Jon's downfall in the office is his attempt at singing, which the other office staff endure daily.

Being the youngest member of H2 has given him the chance to learn and progress his career within H2.

Jon spends his spare time playing golf and talking about golf.

Favourite internationl cuisine is everything from anywhere.

Luke

Marketing Manager

Born in Manchester, his family then moved to London until he was 10 years old to then relocated to the west country where his passion in all things tech and marketing evolved.

Luke in a pivotal part of the team here at H2 with his time purely leading our marketing team and keeping up with the latest trends and fashions within the industry and excels with the growth targets he is given by his management.

In his spare time Luke loves spending time with his young son and mixing music.

Favourite international cuisine: Chinese.

Laura

Office Administrator

As the Office Administrator at H2 Catering Equipment, Laura plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. Her highly organised nature ensures that tasks are completed to the highest standard, with close attention paid to the smallest details. Customers appreciate her friendly approach, and she has become known as the personable voice at the end of the phone.

Outside of work, Laura's skills are put to good use as she plans exciting adventures for her family. One of her favourite destinations is the charming coastal town of Lyme Regis, where they can soak up the beautiful scenery and enjoy quality time together. Her organisational skills extend to her personal life, making sure that everything is planned down to the last detail.

Laura's attention to detail and her warm personality make her a valuable member of the team.

Favourite international cuisine: Traditional British Recipes.

Gemma

Receptionist

Having joined H2 on the front desk, professionally handling the many calls that we receive. Gemma has a strong background in the hospitality industry, having worked for prestigious hotels.

She was born in London and moved to the West Country in 2006 to follow her career, and loved the area so much she put down roots and never left. She now has a family, including grandchildren, whom she spends weekends with and any spare time entertaining.

Gemma enjoys family, hot holidays, and prosecco.

Favourite international cuisine: London’s traditional pie, mash, and liquor.

Lee

Warehouse Manager

Lee has a long background in warehouse and distribution, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. He has a great relationship with all staff here at H2 Products and he is often the connection/go-to between the office and warehouse.

Lee is a family man and enjoys days out with his 2 young children.

Favourite international cuisine: Italian.

Mike

Warehouse

Mike is a Bridgwater chap through and through. He has extensive knowledge within the warehouse sector gaining this throughout his career. Mike has only ever had 3 jobs since leaving school, an impressive claim to fame. In his spare time he enjoys long walks with his beloved dog and a beer in the sunshine.

Favourite international cuisine: Italian.

Agnieszka

Packing Team Leader

The Pudzianowski of our warehouse team. Agnieszka is extremely hard working and the first point of call for anything that needs lifting, her strength is superhuman. Agnieszka has a good sense of humour and is a valuable part of the team here at H2 Products.

Favourite international cuisine: Traditional Home Cooked Polish Food.

Monika

Warehouse Operative

Monika works as part of our warehouse team and is a great organiser who is also in charge of keeping our showroom in tip top condition.

She has lived in Bridgwater for many years with her husband and 3 children who she loves spending time with. Monika is a great home cook who regularly treats us here with home baked sweet goodies she passionately makes at home. When they get a chance, the family visit her home town in Poland to stay with their family living there.

Favourite international cuisine: Home cooked Polish cuisine.

James

Web & IT

Coming from the North of England James eventually settled in Somerset and loves it here. His background is tech, tech and tech. He builds and maintains our website which he is extremely passionate about.

James spends his lunch hour with his beloved dog as well as all of his spare time, when he isn’t eating Indian takeaway and telling us all about it.

He travels back up North to see his large family whenever the opportunity arises with bank holidays staying with his nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters.

Favourite international cuisine: Indian takeaway or Tuna Mayo butty (Sandwich to the rest of us).
