The pass through design is perfect for any bakery, as well as an ideal food storage solution for access between the kitchen and servery parts of your establishment, or as easy-access refrigeration as an island fridge.
Comes with 5 wire fridge shelves ideal for 1/1 gastronorm pans, and 2 trays. Alternatively, shelves can be taken out in order to use 40 x 60 bakery trays directly onto the shelf brackets.
