HLC-300 Vegetable Cutter
Whether you’re slicing carrots, shredding cabbage or dicing potatoes, the continuous feed veg prep machine is a true workhorse. Designed to significantly reduce your prep time with its 550 W motor that has an output of up to 300 kg per hour, the processor quickly shreds through a wide variety of ingredients exactly as you need with less mess and less fuss.
And as the unit is simple and safe to operate, it provides excellent functionality that requires little-to-no training before use, and peace of mind when opening the cover, thanks to its auto shut-off technology.
Plus, two large hoppers allow you to process wide variety of vegetables without needing to chop them first – making prep that-bit easier.
This veg prep machine is supplied with 1 slicing disc. There is no size written on it, but it seems to be around 5 mm thickness. Lots of other slicing and grating discs are available for the cutter.
Please note: not suitable for very soft vegetables or onions.
