Bain marie complete with brand new 65 mm gastronorm pans and covers. 2 X 1/1, 2 X ½, and 3 X 1/3. However, you can of course configure it to suit your needs.
3 X 500 watt bulb in each of the 2 heated gantries. Both have separate dimmer controls so you can adjust to the right temperature you need.
A handy cupboard to the right of the unit measures 25 X 66 X 67 cm, and has a removable central shelf.
The unit is on 4 heavy duty castors, 2 of which are locking.
