The three door Polar G-Series saladette counter fridge is the ideal high capacity solution for busy kitchens which need rapid access to chilled ingredients. When filled, the top section can fit up to four full size (1/1) GN pans (sold separately)- that’s up to 54 litres of storage across the top.
Below, the fridge has a generous 368 litre capacity across three adjustable shelves and floor protectors. Alternatively, you can swap out the shelves with more full size GN pans for quick refilling of the top section. Operation and cleaning is easy too, thanks to simple digital controls and commercial grade stainless steel construction.

Are GN pans included?
Every kitchen is different and has different requirements, so the G-Series isn’t supplied with gastronorm pans. See the Spares and Accessories section – pans and spaces can be purchased to fit the configuration you need.
Is the front chopping board section removable?
Yes, the 1370x135mm chopping board can be removed for cleaning if required.
What’s the maximum amount of 1/6 size GN pans the top section can accept?
The total capacity is 4GN, which is 24x 1/6GN with spacer bars. Each GN pan can be up to 200mm deep, providing a total capacity of around 72 litres across the top.
