Able to quickly seal embossed bags (only) up to 400mm wide, the unit helps you to prep food in advance of freezing, sous vide, microwaving or boiling. The Buffalo is incredibly easy to use and includes 5 customisable vacuuming modes for maximum flexibility – whilst also being able to stop and seal at any time. A superb choice for professional use.
