Ex Demo Polar DN494 Blast Chiller Freezer

Great quality powerful blast chiller/shock freezer from Polar, made from sturdy, easy to clean stainless steel. Has the ability to chill and freeze large quantities of food quickly whilst retaining its taste, appearance and nutritional quality. This model has self closing doors and 70mm of insulation to ensure great thermal efficiency. The 10 x GN 1/1 capacity makes it an excellent choice for large scale catering establishments needing a fast and hygienic cooling option, such as canteens, hotels, hospitals and restaurants.

Chills 40 kg food from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes. Freezes 28 kg food from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes.
