The Mercatus Q3-500 fish cabinet is an innovative upright fish storage unit. The top half door comes with 2 1/1 gastronorm shelves (which can also fit a 1/1 pan underneath). The drawers have a clever drain system to run off excess water (from melted ice) without dripping onto lower drawers. Drawers and supports are also easily removable for cleaning. the whole refrigerated interior can easily be washed down as there are no electrical parts in the refrigerated section, corners are also curved. A drain is fitted in the bottom of the unit to aid cleaning. An ideal cabinet for perfect preservation of fresh fish.
