The Foster XRS 2 H is a 2 door prep counter built with a saladette cut out. It is an excellent addition to any kitchen that needs a convenient, flexible food prep and storage solution. The XRS2H has one shelf per door section that is GN 1/1 compatible. The built-in saladette cut out is useful for storing frequently used ingredients right by the prep area. With a hinged cover, you can quickly and easily protect your ingredients and keep it fresh. The XRS2H offers access to chilled foods right where they’re needed and, the various pan configurations ensure maximum flexibility. The Foster XRS 2 H utilises a bespoke refrigeration system from Foster to ensure maximum food safety. It has a stainless steel finish which makes it incredibly robust and very easy to clean.
